Common Injuries
From sprained ankles to neck strains and everything in between, chiropractors have experience diagnosing and treating injuries that happen while playing sports, working, driving or going about everyday life. There is no injury too small for us to assess.

We can help you with pain, discomfort or difficulty moving, whatever your activity level. The aim is straightforward: keep you active and pain-free.
What gets used depends on the examination — an injury that is mostly soft tissue is not treated the same way as one that has left a joint restricted.
How injuries are treated here
Chiropractic adjustments
Restoring motion to a joint that has stopped moving properly.
Therapeutic massage
Targeted work on the muscles and soft tissue around the injury.
Muscle stimulation (E-stim)
Low-voltage current used to settle spasm and reduce pain.
Therapeutic ultrasound
Sound waves that warm and loosen tight tissue.
Softwave regenerative therapy
One of the technologies available at the practice.
Stretching and strengthening exercises
Rebuilding stability so the same thing does not happen again.
